The project, of course, was invented in the interesting way. And like there should be a demand. But it seems to me that managing the teams of professionals through their fans can only lead to a bad result, in the end.
Why do you think so?! The fact is that just a successful experience of such work exists and it is laid in the basis of this project. In addition, there is no question of direct management of professional teams by fans. Participants are given the opportunity to influence management, but not to conduct it fully.thats great idea,and great way to encourage people to actually try to do the best for their team,and not just press random stuff.
