The people behind the platform are experienced enough and know what they are doing, so there should be no issues there. In fact, the only potential issue is how they get the users and developers on board at the beginning.

The project is one of the most ambitious for an ICO that I've seen recently. However if they're able to purchase data cheaply by rewarding ordinary people instead of purchasing from large companies then they should quickly become very competitive in the market.

We are proud to announce our first ever promotional contest for the Joy Gaming Network! We are giving away 250,000 JOY for our 2018 World Cup Promotion! We invite all people to take part in this contest, as we have many ways participants can earn JOY. The following outline is how the tokens will be allocated:

85,000 JOY will be given to the top three users who correctly predict the World Cup’s top three finalists, in the correct order.

119,000 JOY will be allocated for daily match predictions. Users have one guess (per person) for the outcome of every match played in the World Cup. A total of 24,000 JOY will be distributed evenly for the first 48 matches. 20,000 JOY will be distributed evenly for the next 16 matches. 20,000 JOY each will be distributed evenly for both the quarter-finals and semi-finals. The ‘third place’ match will be worth 10,000 JOY, and the finals will be worth 25,000 JOY. Submissions for each match will be due the day prior to the match.
