It also creates data sharing possibilities among data collectors, application developers and data users which do not exist in the current marketplace. Evolution of blockchain utilization will aid in the decentralization and transparent distribution of payments, goods and services.

So, as I understand you want to create decentralize data base for small bussinesses. All participants will share their expirience in bussines activity via your platform and will get for it some profit in RepuX currency. And you will be like a collector of that info and than will sell such info for other small bussines authorities. Why do you need blockchain for this?

This is one of those projects that solve a specific problem and drives true utility. It's definitely not a hyped up project, but it has the potential to grow really big. They want to create a decentralised data market where big businesses could monetize the data that they collect and developers could buy the data to utilize in different machine learning projects.
