A smart contract is not about the content, it is just another form of the contract. Signing a smart-contract implies that it is enforced immediately after onset of certain conditions. The legal basis is no different from the one that is regulated under the civil or administrative code of the Russian Federation. If whatever you develop is successful it will be copied for sure.
Of course, almost all successful ideas, get copied sooner or later fully or in part. In our case, even though there is such a risk, it is minimal. It will hardly inflict serious damage. Even if the source code is known, it still has to be an enormous work putting a team together, attracting creators and investors. All that with no guarantee for success. And finally, we are actively developing. While others will spend time trying to copy us, Tradingene will always be far ahead.
