I think that main worries that you might have is the possibility of insufficient funds for futher development of our project. But as we have said earlier, we are not strictly dependent on ICO fundraising. We search for funds also in a clissic way, cooperating with partners across the world to ensure the future of the platform.

Well the obvious benefit of holding out token at the presale stage is that:
1) You can exchange it immediately afeter crowdsale stage is over into out cryptocurrency METRUMCOIN at the rate 1:2. 1METRUMS token into 2 METRUMCOINs. So in that wawy you can participate in buying RE object across the world. The list of property project will be right after crowdsale.

You are absolutely right about buying property for Bitcoin in different countries. But though, it won't solve the legal problems concerning buying and selling property in different countries. So you will face huge variations of law. And as we create a global platform for real estate, using iDeals (better version of smart contracts) and varois services within our platform, it will be easier to conclude deals in different countries.
And as it was said before, we rely not only on crowdsale campaign to raise funds but also on more classic ways of financing.

I like the spirit! Hoping that this one will not fall into the path of REX which is very promising at the start then suddenly fell and didn't manage to go on.
More real estate projects here failed and the devs disappeared.

We are certaingly not about REX or any similar. Our goals are much wider and we rely on true property projects all over the world that will be listed after crowdsale is over.
