"you can easily talk to the developer in the proper channels maybe they have better insight on the cryptopia progress than a random on BCT.  Why bitch here I don't get it? "
ah the proverbial question that answers itself. if i could easily talk with the developer on proper channels than i would have. they have been inaccessible.

Hmmm. Has the value of geocoins gone up since moving? Nope. I never really understood that coin. It seemed like Pokémon go without good characters. I had some and got tired of holding so I dumped long ago. Glad I did. With that said, I am hopeful about this Ubiq project. Let’s hope it will become another Ethereum

I agree and have actually ran around town and gathered some GEO last year.  This project is really just starting IMO, but the capabilities are really inspiring.  Many opportunities for UBER like service with hovering vr contracts type stuff so to speak and that is just in my mind.   Say you want a lawn cut, you throw up said amt of coin you are willing to pay and you will find people will perform jobs like freaking GTA if you get the video game reference. Pretty cool use case if you ask me and a great addition to the Ubiq network.  Should be fun to watch develop.

The problem lies with Cryptopia currently... https://twitter.com/geo_coin/status/941056149897408512

i call BS because that is just a notif that they were in touch with cryptopia and it was from two months ago.
i will say that there is no justification i know of for cryptopia to have blocked my wallet address for geo coin
which they did to everybody apparently.
if i had that address it i might be able to fix the problem

So here you have an exchange that has recognized the swap and froze the chain which in my mind is a good thing.  They probably have four dudes or dudettes running this thing trying to juggle 5 odd million customers.  Do the math... It was probably all they could to do freeze the market till this fell upon priority for them.   You have to take responsibility for your actions with crypto any money left on an exchange is as good as gone as far as I am concerned.  If the project had simply been abandoned you may have a case but that is the exact opposite of this situation. I would hope when or if Cryptopia restores the market you would return the same enthusiasm with a positive message.  Like I said earlier you can easily talk to the developer in the proper channels maybe they have better insight on the cryptopia progress than a random on BCT.  Why bitch here I don't get it?

shove your arrogance!
i had just bought the coin prior
i heard some rumor of something happening but couldnt, in the time available, find what was going on.
next i knew my cryptopia holdings for geo coin were frozen
dont spew out BS about how you gave everyone plenty of warning!
i only got associated with your scam a few days prior!
right now cryptopia is taking a month or so to get back to people on any customer service issue
how about you frikkin handle this NOW!
such nerve! glad you are good at making yourself right. how about unscamming me?
can you do that too or are you  a one trick pony?

No arrogance here.  You are not a proper investor/trader if you did not do your due diligence on a trade you took.  I have nothing to do with the project and was just trying to lend a hand to a person who is not following the proper channels of communication. Most exchanges are inundated with requests, have shut down to new applicants and have a serious backlog of support tickets.  Cryptopia is your problem as they have had plenty of time to rectify their markets.  Any coins you hold that are not in a personal wallet do not belong to you.  If you took possession of your investment you could easily perform a manual swap not to mention avoid the whole process if you read 3 minutes of the coins twitter feed.  The whole process was very transparent and vocal as far as I am concerned.   And just to remind you I have nothing to do with GEO so stop with your wining and man up to your poor trading decisions.

Is there a list of all the ICO's that have been developed or still are to come out on Ubiq?

This should help, there are also other projects in the process of building and swapping. https://ubiqscan.io/assets/

Great, thank you. Very slick interface too!

Geo just relaunched on Bittrex and I think Cryptopia is in the process of dealing with the swap.  You can apply for manual swaps, not to mention the entire process was months in planning so there was plenty of warning.
Swap? Please give me more information about the swap. What are purposes of the swap? What will happen after swapping? thanks.

GEO just recently swapped over to the UBQ network and has left the old GEO network in a development-less state. They would rather concentrate on the use case of the project rather than maintaining a blockchain. Here is one of many tweets from their account from Aug of last year.  https://twitter.com/geo_coin/status/902239290540691456

Sure feel free to pop into the GEO channel in the Ubiq discord and ask the dev yourself. https://discord.gg/RnXQEPx  Just follow the steps for verification.  This is a Ubiq forum and GEO devs do not look here to provide support.  Nor do the few volunteer Ubiq devs, who really provide alot of support to token communities BTW but they don't cruise BCT as much these days looking to provide field support. Anyone can build upon the network as it is permission-less so many token holders will defaut to Ubiq witch is natural.  Hope that helps.

have them change their name, shut down their wallet and i end up losing my money.

how about someone from the company formerly known as Geo Coin get in touch with me
to resolve this matter.

I expected so much more from Ubiq. When I look a year/6 months back, I thought Ubiq will crush...but today, just a sad story.
