If you had answers wouldn't be a problem would it??

This is precisely my point. I've been in URO since early June, I've seen all the doubt and concerns you have, and they've been answered. If you don't want to take the time to research yourself, we can't force you to.

Nothing you have asked or said so far hasn't been brought up at some stage. People aren't answering because this thread isn't Groundhog Day.

Most people are aware they could lose their money in crypto. You aren't doing a public service. No one is 100% sure of this yet, or obviously the price would be $300 already. I've personally spent roughly 60 hours+ researching this so far, and I would have no problems investing now had I not put in at 35k already.

#Urocoin difficulty ~6500, Darkcoin difficulty ~4000. Its time for #Urocoin to get a USD fiat exchange @cryptsy

Why are so many people entertaining one guy, who is so stubborn. There is no point in doing so. From all the above posts, it is clear that he just wants to devalue URO in some way.

Now, he will reply to my post with some more fud.....

In the meantime enjoy  Cheesy

Not aggressive at all. Maybe an assumption that shouldn't be made. Got to have the facts. Fun is not seeing people get ripped off with no facts!! If you had answers wouldn't be a problem would it??

Truthful: you're meeting hostility because a lot of the questions you are asking are either irrelevant to URO and its legitimacy (such as the surveillance business; this has been addressed, but diversification does not prove this to be illegitimate), and also because the questions have been addressed several times within the thread.

You are most welcome to ask questions but I ask you please be courteous enough to at least read a good portion of the thread given most questions are answered already.

Truthful:

The dev is on IRC right this minute. You can finally rid yourself of all these concerns and problems. Or, indeed, have 50 more.

Here you go:

Feel free to report back in one concise, coherant post with no passive aggressive undertones. Thanks!

Went on to link....no one there!!!

Truthful: Natalie apparently engaged in adversing Uro on her own. I have not had time to verify this. Also, as this was an individual action that was not sanctioned by the Uro Foundation or the development team, I don't know if she will be reimbursed, as I am not the one authorised to release funds in this way.

You can catch up with what Urocoin is about and what has happened over the past 3 months by reading the forum highlights at urofoundation.wordpress.com, reading the Uro Protocol and the Instruments of Ratification at http://uro.io and following the events on Twitter at @UroFoundation as well as Facebook at facebook.com/urofoundation.

Unfortunately it would clutter the thread too much to repeat all this information again.

Seems that people think there are undertones to what I'm asking about. You mean that you blame someone else for advertisng on their own. I'm not sure about that, will need to check with Nathalie 20. People don't pay for something without being enticed to do so and to think she won't get a refund on her money??? Undecided

A lot of people in crypto have a sense of self entitlement. You clearly distrust anything that true-asset says. Scepticism is fine. Don't just jump to assumptions based on your confirmation bias.

Nazi is back. A lot of people in crypto have a sense of self entitlement. Self entitlement to what??? Knowing what they are spending their money on and knowing the facts about something???

Don't just jump to assumptions based on your confirmation bias. Assumptions aren't being made, just things on facts. Do you have a bias?? Think so and just because I'm not raving about this coin, you think I can't have an opinion that isn't the same as yours, so you resort to being pushy. Not on this forum....give me the facts then.

You're so aggresive I can't be bothered to answer you properly sorry. And this is why you're angry. What a sad cycle.

Do you see me raving about this coin? I am just as sceptical. Have fun.

True-asset - a nice idea might be to do an AMA on your Reddit so that the answers can be easily referred back to. It's a great format for that kind of thing.

Don't you think it's strange that so many members have had difficulty, hope that you haven't wasted your hard earned money.

I had issues earlier in this thread (which of course you have read). Bittrex (and with difficulty spikes as they are right now, the blockchain) is just a bit laggy, the coins end up where they should in the end. It's nothing to FUD about.

Is the guy still fudding? Ignored him 2 pages ago.

Pathetic thing to fud with a fresh account.

Is there problem with Bittrex or with windows wallet?

I downloaded this wallet :  https://github.com/uro-/uro/releases/download/v1.0.0.1/Windows-Uro-Qt-v1.0.0.1.zip

I send my coins bought from bittrex to my address. It doesnt arrive. I check the block explorer http://cryptexplorer.com/chain/Uro and it tells me that my address is not seen on network.

Meantime, on Bittrex my withdrawal shows as : Completed

I have written Bittrex support, no answer yet, so I wana try and ask about the wallet I downloaded -- did I use wrong wallet, maybe?

getinfo shows:

{
"version" : 1000001,
"protocolversion" : 70012,
"walletversion" : 60000,
"balance" : 0.00000000,

My address is UTuSQYN56MSrAQGYbRw14TgHzRsTstHkPD. My transaction ID accdg to bittrex is 6304984e4c50e955206b25d894f3e70e57662ab86fc176900b1367529417ae1b .

Would really appreciate any help / suggestions on this matter.  Thanks in advance Smiley

same thing happened to me last night however the coins finally came after 40 minutes or so. Bittrex showed transaction as completed after 15 minutes however coins took another 30 minutes to arrive...I hope this helps, just wait an hour or so and report back, you should receive them eventually.

Hi, choppy, thanks for the reply. I finally received my coins. It arrived minutes after I left my desk for some errands.  It was just odd coz -- even though Bittrex already reported a status of "completed", my wallet didn't even show signs that there is a transaction at all. I was expecting that it would at least show up as "unconfirmed" which is what I've gotten used to with other coins.

Anyway, I foresee how future transfers can cause anxiety on both parties to a transaction, given that network difficulty is only bound to get higher when July 9 comes around.

Just a suggestion: It would be nice if somthing could be done to remove or shorten that span of time when the coins are transiting thru limbo and both sides to a transaction are anxiously waiting for the coins to arrive.

Again, thanks Choppy for the reassuring post Smiley
