We would like to clarify a few things:

1. We did not assist/affiliate/support with any of the pool operators. So research their safety. Our recommendation is still to mine solo. With just 1 GPU you can expect a block in only 1 week.

2. We did not assist/affiliate with/support the listing of Uro on Bittrex or any other exchange.

3. We are in teleconferences with our Urea trading partners on a daily basis. There are about 7 separate legal procedures that each need to be completed in sequence, with many parties involved - including banks, law firms, government departments, factories, exporter, importers, wholesalers, insurance companies etc... We are trying to minimize delays caused by clerical mistakes and other factors, so everything is being triple checked. In addition we are still in the process of reaching consensus on the Uro/Urea initial backing/underwriting ratio.

Guys, I believe there was no hurry for the exchange. People were just getting desperate. As per the developer, value of each URO will be fixed for the fixed quantity of UREA fertilizer. This may take some time to get to the proper number. If we get on an exchange so fast, it will defeat the very purpose of the coin. Read "why not bitcoin?" in the OP. If this gets on exchange so fast its value will also be volatile  making it difficult to assign it a fixed quantity of UREA. So, we need a UREA exchange first and then other exchanges will follow.

Dev, please update the status of negotiations with various players in fertilizer industry. Also, let us know your opinion on current price and exchanges.

Solution: 3 Months After Launch

We are already in negotiations with several international Urea production/trading/wholesaling partners to back each unit of Uro with a agreed and fixed quantity of real Urea in order to ignite the cryptocurrency network as an officially operational exchange for Urea. We have been asked to demonstrate the ability to upkeep a distributed consensus proof of work network in order to support the stability of the exchange 24/7/365. Once we have achieved this these renowned partners of the Urea industry will provide formal and real commitments of Urea to underwrite the network with sufficient volumes of Urea allocations: allowing confident and  instantaneous trading to occur.

We, in conjunction with the community - will raise a fund via mining to swap Uro in return for Urea allocations with our partners facilitating this underwriting.

Solution: 6 Months After Launch

We have already started development of stage 2 marketing materials and general public facing instruction web sites on how to trade Urea via Uro using the wallet for beginners including farmers. We will raise funds to provide secure trading PCs to farming communities that will both introduce them to internet access as well as Uro trading. Finally these trading PCs will run an improved client we are developing based on the compact Electrum UI that will have integrated BitMessage messaging, Two-factor (BIP38) Escrow as well as a distributed and digital signed Green Address Book so that farmers can securely communicate with and transact Urea via Uro with sellers and traders worldwide.

Solution: 9 Months After Launch

By now we would have achieved a fully functional Urea exchange. we will then move to establish a Urea Suppliers Association with board positions from both the cryptocurrency, farming and Urea supply chain community to oversee the long term growth and maintenance of the Uro network.

Dont plan on it. I was the first one on Bittrex and put mine up in increments lowest being .005. Might be a lil high but not by much I dont think.
