The .com.au is the URO pusher and the .net.au is obviously the people that messed up and lost their .com.au because they forgot to pay their fees on time and changed their URL. Victoria st in Rydalmere (registered address), Sydney is not prime real estate - put it that way - unless you love the smell of trucks. Each to their own.
