Coins are not sent, you can return them. In the wallet there is such a function.

Is this a segwit? If yes what is the return function code please?

Most likely the coins were sent through the address segwit.
You must use regular addresses.

You need to wait for the activation of SegWit

Do you mean after the activation of segwit that my balance will show up? If yes then I will be more than glad to receiving my coins peacefully.
