I think the idea with dividends payments to all holders is not the best one, this will bring very small profits. It would be better if devs could make a lottery (considering this is a gambling token) and the winners will get some good amounts instead of everybody getting some dust payments. ..Suggest making the vote 
That would be breach of agreement, someone like got into Vdice because of the dividends payment, what the team need to work on the the marketing of their platform so as to get people to use it, though the platform is not where it should be presently, but it is better that some BTC betting site making decent profit. The marketing side is as important as the development side.
