At first Vestarin was planning to collect nearly 100,000 ETH as hard cap of main sale. But they decreased the amount because of ETH price growing down to 35,000 ETH.
35k eth is big goal. Im not sute that they can reach this

how many tokens are supposed to be issued? I can't find this information
A total of 70,400,000 VST tokens will be issued, especially:10,500,000 tokens for pre-ICO - Sold Out;
- 47,200,000 tokens for ICO;
- 9,200,000 tokens will be distributed among the Vestarin team and blocked under a “smart” contract for 3 months;
- The rest of the tokens will be used for Bounty, PR-pools and Advisors.
