I’ve seen their advertisements too, google adwords works very well. At the above, on the right and left side of the website, there were all their advertisements. Usually the ICOs which spend money for the advertisements, collects good money. Because new users come to it.

The correct answer to the question above is no, referring to Vestarin pre-ICO and main ICO. You will not receive the VST tokens if you use exchange wallet to invest. at first, you should read their road-map
but if you wanna more detailed information - i think after the ICO they will tell us where they hve spent collected money and where they're going to use it Cool
