They accept the present course of its level as its basis, and proceeds with new realities to recalculate the budget to reach the same amount of $ to the current course of ETH.

In my opinion now the price overstated by 50% , but it will not be affected on rise in the price of VST.

Price must discrease but admins say nothin about price changes.

I agree 100 milllion is huge amount. They also changed total supply.
Now it is 70,400,000 VST tokens will be issued, especially:

- 10,500,000 tokens for pre-ICO;
- 47,200,000 tokens for ICO;
- 9,200,000 tokens will be distributed among the Vestarin team and blocked under a “smart” contract for 3 months;
- The rest of the tokens will be used for Bounty, PR-pools and Advisors.
