so one guy says it is a whale accumulating, another guy says it is Bittrex (so you saying everyones voot wallets on Bittrex are held in that one wallet address?). As far as I can see, there is no real way to know, or if there is I would like to know, that's all. I am just raising a genuinie concern here. I am very pro Voot and Sync and Nitesend
