You wanna have a meta conspiracy? I actually think the will deliver the exchange they are just trying to dump & pump on smal lscale as long as possible and when people finally lose confidence they will buy it all up, announce the exchangea and it will rise again. And ofc people will come back because they are idiots.
We need to find the ways to promote the exchange. Some PR document maybe? This is going to be a hit and we need to let people know about it.
I understand that you might be one of the people who bought for 2700 satoshi (I guess this was the highest price), but no worries, it might take some time, but we will get back there finally. It may not be fast, but it will happen eventually.
Think again... most people in the category you mention wouldn't want to decrease their chances to be in the green again... these RITALIN HUNGRY TROLLS probably sold at a loss and are now trying their best so that VOOT doesn't work out for the rest of us.

previosly, I am already invested in vootcoin from 50 satoshis in june. and i am not going to sell it under 3000 satoshis
Yesteday i decided to do a more short term investment and bought some at 660
also helped to create bought walls about 595, finally one dump get my buy orders, but because i dont want to have too big investment right now
i sell again after new buy wall its bulded at 600...
So i was one of the "dumpers" but not for inside information and not to get more money, only to secure my trading.

Yes, and probably there is lots of fake sell walls.
I myself have over 4 BTC worth of coins on the sell walls, just in case price jumps really high.
I also have some buy orders on the buy side on hilariously low levels, because who knows, maybe I will get lucky.
I guess I am not the only one, so probably we are much closer to pre-incident prices than you might think.

Many people (like myself) jumped in recently, so any price over 500 satoshi is good for us. I don't see why you are so pessimistic - all the things are being contracted, so developments are coming one way or another. 2 after the original dev got out and there was no premine no more , mscollc got 10btc from the old dev and used it fully to fund the coin, i think he even used his own money at some point
3 vootcloud and anon exchange are paid for (exchange should launch very soon actually, jefferson has tried out the beta I believe), id like to know as well what the plan is for the marketplace/openbazaar project.

This probably goes back farther than Saturday. First time the coin died when it was brand new was probably them. They caught all the cheap coins then team up with some devs to release cool things. Pump happens and they are up 10x-25x on the coins they caught for cheap. They dump and then do what you just posted. Then they dump for a little more gain on the bounce which is where we are now.

1. Sorry, I am not aware of staking percentage. Maybe someone else could help you on that?
2 & 3. Yes, he was supposed to get 10 BTC for his services. Not sure if he was paid upfront or if it was an escrow. Smoke team is responsible for the rest of the features too, but the ETA is unknown yet.
4. Moolah took over Mintpal, it seems natural that they will introduce the coin with such high volume. Don't know about 15th of August though.
