Before I’ve  been applied to my current position I was wondering the same things.

Now I have seen it and I can admit – Anon Exchenge is real and it IS coming!
But don’t take my word for it!
I'll prepare short video, to show you that Anon Exchange is real. The video will be recorded with cell phone, so there will be no accusations that this is some kind of fiction and trickery. Not sure what you are arguing about above, but Whale123 will be taking control of the incentive fund as long as our trusted escrow agrees.

There is a very definitive account listed there as to who will paid for any milestones met. So anyone coming on with non Smoke team accounts will be disregarded.

That's all we can all do. I am about 100 USD out of pocket for the escrow thing plus funding. Let's just get this thing done, entice these guys in Russia, whatever. Let's see what they have for us and judge it properly. If they deliver what they promise, then we give them the sugar. And I will pass the control to a more senior and respected member when he wakes up tomorrow. All we can do. I think that is very fair.

I contacted both Whale and Maidak actually, and since I am a low ranking member I would like to turn over control of the incentive escrow to Whale. I paid BTC to set it up and funded it with 10K VOOT. I think the community as a whole would feel better with Whale123 deciding when it should be released, or if it should be returned to the donors. When Whale123 wakes up in the morning, and if he accepts responsibility, then I will contact both Maidak and Whale123 and let much more senior members handle it. The goals of the escrow do not change though.

Good idea. I don't have much but I would be happy to chip in. Also, adding whale123 to the batch would be a kind move.

Guys just got home from work, but an update from an idea from last night's Eastern Savings Time crew.

We were interested in creating a sweetener pot for the smoke developers based on their delivering each of the three goals below:

Anon Exchange
Voot Cloud
Voot Market

This is not a developer fund but an incentive fund where ZeroSmoke https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/zer0smoke-360273 would be released from escrow 33.3% of the VOOT coins in the incentive fund upon completion of each of these tasks. We contacted Maidek as a trusted escrow and I just sent him payment in bitcoin for his service. I am not sure his time zone or when he works/sleeps/etc. but hopefully he will be here in the thread sometime soon with a VOOT wallet address for us to donate to.

There were several people offering at least 10K VOOT deposits so this fund should be a nice incentive on top of what MsCollec has already agreed to pay the developers, especially if we can get a double or triple on it.

On top of paying for the escrow service I will also be putting 10K VOOT into the fund. From the community I think we still need to set a deadline where if the tasks are not completed the remaining coins are returned to those who donated. What would be a *reasonable* time frame do you think?  No, tomorrow is not reasonable. 12/31/14? Just throwing that out.

The idea came pretty fast last night from people chatting but I hope it's coming together now, and that we hear from Maidek soon.
