since there is no official support thread and their website support does not seem to care here it goes
BTER you have to stop rounding your withdrawals to 4 decimal places 0.12345678 would become 0.1234 BTC has 8 digits
all currencies have 8 digits after decimal place why you only count 4 of them
this way there is something left behind in your pockets

The core value of the coin, is trading with no center, not mining.
Queuing mining,
Anti ASIC Machine,
Lowest mining difficulty,

Two minutes only accept one block,

Why not add PoS?
Because:
PoS Coin's total amount not determined, and the total amount has been increasing.
Like the government kept printing money.
And
PoS coin like a cup of sugar water, and the water has been increasing, sweetness is getting less.

Queuing mining, each miner find one block, then the miner must wait for 120 minutes（60 blocks）, then can to mining next block.

Else, you find block will be rejected by other miners.
This rule is to ensure that "queue mining" is executed and Anti Botnet.
Why can anti Botnet?
Because the "Queuing mining" rules, Each miner every 60 blocks only accept one block, pool will be close down(one pool like one miner), Only solo way.
On solo way, Hackers must use the wallet app to mining, and his wallet in each 6 days must have more than one (>=1) recv coin record,
Else, his wallet found block will be rejected by others.
