They don't even take the poll's results into consideration. They are going to list 100% premined coin on their exchange.

If you're making a coin to get rich, or just for investors to gamble(to pump and dump), you're making thousand of them or even dozens (like 42 or 21 coin).
If you're making a coin to spread the awareness about cryptocurrencies, to have fun, to teach people how to use it etc. you're making billions of them (like doge, coinye).
