Already done.. I had to format my pc and so i re-installed everything, latest VRC wallet included..

Hmmm, not sure what's going on there. If I were you I would delete everything except my wallet.dat and start again with the latest client.

50% is not normal. Do you have a particularly unreliable and/or slow internet connection?

Sorry.. I have 'generated but not accepted interests' in my wallet since August.. how can i fix that? Thank you
Some of these are normal, many is not normal. If you are on a Mac try turning your screen saver off, the Mac OS disconnects from the network sometimes on screen saver. If you are not on mac, how many conflicted interest payments are you getting? Rough percentage.
