Nice the sms thing is working. Another 10..20 big dumps and pumps and the distribution of the coins will become better.
So if m-pesa is working in africa tell me why should veri be used there or somewhere else.

Vericoin has the fastest transaction times in cryptocoins of only 10 seconds. This makes SMS transfers viable as opposed to Bitcoin which has 10 minute transaction times and thus cannot be used for SMS. This gives Vericoin the entire market control over the SMS crypto market. Believe it or not some people in the world would like to use crypto but don't own a smart phone. Hopefully now you understand that this is a good investment.
its not about smartphone. SMS sending you have access anytime via GSM antnas but
with iOS/android app you need 3G internet conection wich is not available in all areas!Also consider that m-pesa requires it's own infrastructure to expand to other markets, but by being enabled for SMS, Vericoin can move to every country that they have an SMS gateway in. This will enable rapid expansion.

By design any SMS implementation, including Coinbase or whoever, is going to be closed source. It is a centralized money sending system. It doesn't matter because it is essentially just a mechanism to interact with the blockchain. It's not like anon tech where you're not sure of how its functioning and thus you need to see the source. All it does is tell the system to tell the blockchain to send coins from A to B. If the coins get there then you know it worked as advertised. The only real danger is if the dev suddenly decided to start sending all the SMS coins to himself and dumping them. But seeing the source wouldn't tell you that he wouldn't suddenly change it and make it do that. And we all know the dev is about as likely to do that as an asteroid is to strike me right now.
As for coin distribution I didn't mine this one so I really can't speak to that. There's no IPO, no premine, and it appears after looking at this thread that the launch went relatively smoothly. When compared to competitor coins like Darkcoin with an instamine, Cinni with an instamine, and XC with a premine, then this coin looks golden. Most of the large holders now are probably whales who are accumulating this very promising coin. I think you have nothing to worry about as far as distribution goes. If I had to give it a grade I'd give it an A.
Thanks for your answer. I do not feel comfortable to join the game on a ath where 25,000,000 coins were mined within a week. Trading switched the coins from early miners to people only want to made a fast profit.
It needs some time to have a good community that is based on fundamentals and not on speculation.
People must be sure to hold longer than 24h or even worster until it is time to go to bed.
Lets see if it can become a selfrunning coin as drk already is. It has to resist a few incomming dumps.
I' ll keep it on mind and will have a look how things go on.
