Gysca this is nice, and to get on coinmarketcap we need a link that supplies the current total coins in circulation. So I will submit a request for coinmarketcap using this as our live link for the total supply of coins.

Why the price dump?
It's all about supply and demand. Right now, there is a huge supply of coins from multipools and Chinese mining farms who are looking for a quick profit. They are mining the heck out of Vericoin right now because it is VERY PROFITABLE. They do not plan on, nor will they, hold this coin. This puts extreme downward pressure on the market right now.
The good news is that we will be past the POW phase in only a couple of days, and large pools and farms will have to go somewhere else to mine. As they sell off, The supply of Vericoin will diminish, and the price will start to rise. This may not be immediate, but it might be. It will happen though. It's basic economics.
In the mean time, prices will be depressed, but they will also be volatile. One Bitcoin can drop the price to 202 sat. or raise the price to 630 sat. This is normal at this point. What I'm doing is using the opportunity to accumulate as much Vericoin as I can because the long-term outlook of VeriCoin is very bright indeed.

i dont think coinmarketcap is listing the correct amount of coins for the VRC coin supply
They use an API, so whoever is providing them with that data should check their numbers.

Not sure, but I think it is underpriced, it will go up.

Yeah, was on POH2.. not getting any unconfirmed coins since this morning.. is it because of pool size?
The last block hit was 1.5 hours ago... so yes.
Some came through but 40 coins for ~6hrs of mining? That's a bit rough. I'm on IPOminer now.
The proble is all power in Ipominer,
if we getting forked again its only the fault of ppl mineing there. You should have learned a lot in the last few days that a behaviour like that is not smart at all
So what.. I can't mine on a small pool for a fraction of the coins I get on a big pool. I have made more in 2 hours on IPO than in 8 hours on POH.
I'm the first to support p2pools and small pools because it always averaged out. But I pay a shitload for electricity, at some point I just have to think economically.
