What happens if less than 3.5million VRC are raised in ICO Phase 2 and the minimum price of 10 VRC / VRM will not be reached?
The price will be 10 VRC / VRM. It does not need to be reached, it's already there.Lets assume only 3million VRC are raised at end of ICO. Price will be 10 VRC / VRM. Totals 300.000VRM.
What happens with remaining 50.000VRM?

where to get the test wallet?
We are doing a couple days private testnet, then if all goes well we will release testnet wallet. We want to do some network tests first.

No VRC will work together with VRM. You get more security, faster transaction times and lower fees in VeriCoin (the currency) through Verium (the reserve commodity).
Ask yourself this question: Why would they raise VRC in the ICO if they were giving up on the development of VRC?

For some reason people are having a hard time understanding this concept even tho the American dollar was based on this very principal before the 1930's and around the world. The gold standard allowed you to exchange your dollars for gold or gold for dollars backing the "green back" and giving it value. When it was removed only people's confidence gave the dollar inherent value.
Verium will be swappable instantly to Vericon in wallet to spend and then swappable back to Verium to store like a gold vault. Vericon is the currency because it's fast to spend and transfer, Verium is hard to mine and hard to spend(slow). This solves Bitcoin issues without needing a third party to be the middle man, everything is done on the block chain and is decentralized.
