How many BTC have been raised so far? and, in bitcoins, what represent the total sell of the first package ?
I can see not even a single btc have been raised yet but the developer are already delivering the projects in the roadmap. I think these guys are into delivering stuff, while trying the Interactive Coin Sales, this would be tested if this coin will gather enough supporter and interest. as for the total sell package, i think 10% of the coin will be sold at 2 sat ea, and dev establishing more exchange seems that they wanted the sales to be spread out as to not saturate a single exchange with the ICS sales, this is a good approach in my opinion I just hope they get in more exchanges in the near future. Btw, the buy wall reflects the total sales and the BTC collected by the team. As I see it, 50% development 50% buy back. that is the ratio of ICS collection.

No worries, my wallet connection is back to normal now. 
My wallet sync very fast even if I did not open it for a day,of all the wallets I've had Victoriouscoin wallet has the fastest network to sync sending and receiving is almost lightning fast,great job for the dev for adding more nodes..

I have been using this exchange even before it was hacked (EsP incident) and i don't have any issue with this exchange. I hope VTY will be listed in here too. Anyway seems we have another poll in there. Gonna think what to vote for the next project. I seen the ebook giveaway which can be found here and 10% bonus.

this is more likely that the generated coin is conflicted, meaning someone generated it first before you do. Same way with PoW, someone had solve the block first, so that means other who are staking their coins had it first before you do, but it is fine, you will have your chance to beat them on the following blocks.
