I like the idea of setting up in different countries. I was looking at Payeer which I believe is Russian, but it was very difficult to sort through as it was half in English, half in Russian.
At any rate, I'll keep at it.

or try to make your own gift card thing (for paypal)...
buyer comes ... pays xx$ .. gets acc. (online wallet) with the coins in it...
if he makes a charge back ... you can proof (show paypal)
that his acc. had the coins ...
also you could make for the paypal user a higher fee ... (if you have many charge-backs)
don't think that many will make some sh*t ... who knows?
maybe it would also be good to limit the buy ... let say max 25-50$
