The dev can get some pretty cheap coins today if he plays it right.

Please expand on what you mean by "neutral" - it's quite simple, I will acquire and destroy a good percentage of the WOLF available on market, by whatever strategy I choose, whether that be lots at low price, or one huge order up the book.
