Shadow_Runner,  I love the reliability with which you post these code fragments-  for newbies, can you spell out what we are looking at?  Keep on keepin on with the pressure for accountability!  

It is getmininginfo, the info about current stats of coin. It is says 108 blocks are already mined at launch and diff is kinda high for solo. Maybe it was mined before ANN, coin has no block explorer yet.
If I understood your question right.
