Yep, it is. So far the main platform for the charity fund is under construction though and there's only a few temporary tools available.
For example you can check the charity's wallet (it's named XDNA Foundation actually) here: http://explorer.xdna.io/address/XEBxEjGXmJxwpXxXAJqeXztdUR4MsZZJsE and read about news on discord.
What is interesting with blockchain and charity is that it's transparent. For example if I wanted to make a donation in one of the existing organizations, I wouldn't be able to know (1) which organization is low on funds and has the most need nor (2) how are my funds used.
Thanks to the transparency of the blockchain though, all that info is available to us.

What kind of charity are you talking about?What kind of deal? Like no one signed any deals with the project? Or is it something that will go to the charity fund?

Cryptopia is far from being a top cryptoexchange. Of course, this is better than all new little-known exchanges, but it's very far from the Bittrex level, not to mention Binance. XDNA is, what to strive for!
