Yes, as the project grows and the XDNA gets on more popular exchanges with huge volume it will make the project more valuable and also increase the rewards to the miners of the coin.

It can be, of course, if the team have more and more supporter by mining its and using for stably term. Listing at some major exchange is good for XDNA.
