I personally is not a specialist in ICO and all this technical documentation, but it seems for me that XDNA team can at least collect soft cap, because of good advertising strategies

To understand what the project is doing and what the situation is inside the project, you need to carefully monitor everything that happens there. people are mostly lazy and do not even want to read the information contained in the Roadmap and White Paper.
