the price is slowly declining whether this means that the airdrop they have received has slowly been removed or there are other problems leading to price reductions

It's a bear market for most cryptos right now. A receding tide lowers all boats. If you believe in crypto, this is a time to be buying.

7 000 000 $ received for free were immediately dumped on the market and it can not but affect negatively. While the company only distributes freebies but does not invest, for all of them (free giveaways) we pay followed

Exchanges are businesses, so by definition they're "centralized."  If you're concerned about KYC there are several exchanges that don't require it, but I don't trust any of them.  You can try P2P like localbitcoins and similar sites.  Or, post here on the forum in the Currency Exchange board, you might find someone willing to trade with you.  If you do post for an exchange here I suggest you use escrow.
I agreed with you. Centralized or decentralized exchanges, they are only different in ways they operate but they have a common thing, ownerships of exchanges is a kind of centralization and all sorts of exchanges have to follow laws of local governments.

Decentralized exchanges don't mean that they are now owned by anyone, any founders. They actually owned by one founders or group of cofounders.

The blood is in the streets and I’m buying...we could go lower with sell pressure on Btc but for a long term investment.055-.06 xlm / usd is. Steal imho  Cool
maybe those who get tokens from airdrop have already thrown it away so the price has dropped a little, but I believe with this project the price will go up again after they throw away the coins from the airdrop

Hi all, is Solar wallet a safe wallet for XLM if i can't save XLM for now on hardware wallet? I reffer to wallet from Stellar website, here is link https://www.stellar.org/lumens/wallets/ ?
Yes, if it was recommended on the offical Stellar website, you can use it safely. If you can't use a cold wallet, you can use web wallets like Stellarport, which is easy to create and monitor. But if you have a large amount of XLM, a hardware wallet is the safest way to store your asset.

Solar wallet is among those recommended by the official Stellar team, but can I ask why you want to use that one?  If you are concerned about the security of the coins you received from Keybase airdrop, they aren't any more secure in the Solar wallet than they are in the Keybase app.  Both are desktop wallets.  The only way to increase security is to move the coins to a hardware wallet.

I use foxlet desktop wallet to keep my XLM but, from where I sit, if officials recommend solar on their official site it should be safe.

If someone is planning to withdraw XLM from Keybase and is wonder is it save to do, are coins locked on Keybase, do yon need to hold them till next drop (no you dont) - successfully withdrawn my coin to coinbase. Scanned via camera QR code with XLM address and in about 15min tokens were on exchange.

Why coinbase? Not selling them, are you?

I transferred to my primary wallet. I love stellar. Human readable address and it was in the new account almost instantly.

Despite burning 55 billion XLM, the Stellar Development Foundation still showed it needed to sell coins and fund operations.

I have yet to receive the KeyBase air drop. Are they still distributing at this point? I'm guesing there's not run recourse if you don't get the funds anyway.

I think they're still in the distribution phase of the second airdrop.  One of my kids is still waiting while the rest of us got ours.  Be patient, it'll come.
if seen from the address they still distribute it just need patience and surely you will get it, if you are curious about the distribution you can here https://stellar.expert/explorer/public/account/GDV4KECLSZLKRVH4ZTWVAS4I3W2LPAPV66ADFFUZKGIVOT6
