I have 280x and with this settings 217mh, maybe that helps you

I was doing only 202 per 280X but with this settings 216 MHs
I did not expect my cards to do 1080 MHz at engine as they can handle only 1045 and 1019 on scrypt each.. so diff algo means wider potential I think
So maybe I can OC even my 270 bit more..
