daemon seems to hang after a while or if it gets too many connections from miners, at least from what I've seen on my ubuntu so I've set a cron to run every 5 minutes and restart the daemon on the block explorer site:
just in case anyone needs it.

humph! Well I do like this coin but it's far too hard to mine to get any decent amount and expansive to buy because of that. I might have to skip this, as much as it pains me to do so.

thanks, as I said it's a very raw script it just has basic functions and is not very user friendly, I'll work on it tonight when I get off work now the only problem is that my hosting provider will not let me host anything crypto currency transfer related so I can't host faucets or tipping bots, I'll work on the scripts they'll be done this week but we're gonna need hosting for them ...
