Kindly update your node wallet to development branch
git checkout development
make -f makefile.unix
Diff issue is solved using the new update. Windows linux and Mac wallets will be released soon.

Interesting project and soft cap it seems to me to collect very realistically, it seems to me hard to get a hard cap, but I will observe the work of the team.

Velocity is block constraint system. You need to check your nomp config.
