You don't have to ask for anyone's permission to trade XVP, you're free to do whatever you want. I made a call to bigholders not to sell this year more than 10-20% of what they own.
For now, XVP is traded on these Exchange Platforms, to which NovaExchange is likely to add when it is revived.

I just don't understand you, people! I have installed over 20 XVP Desktop Wallets (for windows) to date and never had any issue. Just download and launch. No extra intervention is needed.
