You obviously have not lost. As for profit, then you increase your capital as the value of tokens grows. The more tokens - the faster the passive income grows.

This I understand. I'm in the sense of where the platform will make a profit? Zabercoin buys real estate, or rents, then to sublet? I am interested in the mechanism itself.

As far as I understand from the EP, all buildings will be acquired, then, in part of them, there will be an improvement of the material and technical base, after which they will be sold. Or, simply buying premises to resell them when the demand grows.

Got it, thanks. And what can you tell me about the income from the lease? Do they practice the platform? I just do not see the point in just waiting for a rise in price, if you can use the asset effectively all this time.
