Personally, I thought that Horizen is among the most active projects that tried expanding their communities over the last two years (since 2017).
Another project that I would fall in love with their community expansion efforts is DASH.
In long run, bigger, and more solidly communities will contribute a lots of dramatical things to projects, that what the Horizen team saw and tried to prepare for our project future.
