Lol all you people are funny. Crying about free coins. This wasn't some ICO. Free coins from the fork but hey please dump your zen ASAP.  I'll have my cheap bids in.

I don't think people are complaining about the free coins bud, more so the failure of a launch Zen is.

And I guess the fact they are chugging away wasting electricity mining empty dreams and aspirations with the coin being broken atm lol.

Guys, sanity check please:
I mine in MineZ.zone.
When I try to lookup stats on my worker, I find a result only when looking in the ZCash and not ZenCash section.

I am using Claymore and connecting to stratum+tcp://ny1.minez.zone:3033.

Am I correct with my configuration?

That's the correct URL... Can you give the miner address and I'll see what I can find

Read the previous posts. The coin is broken at the moment. I wouldn't mine until the devs release an official post explaining what the heck is going on.

Good going team, for a dev team that focused on transparency, they seem to have done everything they could to not be transparent during this launch. Have we even had any kind of an official statement from the devs yet?
Any explanation why they would release without working binarys and without a block explorer? Or why we've had to rely on mining pool operators for ANY news or support regarding this coin? Or why random members of the community are alerting us about the chainfork and not the devs themlselves?

I'm out, I won;t be buying, mining or otherwise investing in this coin. Everything about the last 10 hours has been shady as shit.

And on top of that zcl price went to shit.
Hope this will all work out in the end

Yeah, truly a pitty. Was really hopeful but I'm now tempted to ditch the whole thing. Seems like a very amateur Dev team trying to create something they can't really handle/mantain.
1) ONLY a compiled linux wallet released like a friggen hour before launch.
2) No block explorer at launch
3) Bugged like crazy with invalid/lost blocks
4) Almost worst of all: No friggen comunication from Devs at all (I undestand things rarely go perfect but be mature/profesional and explain what's going on)

What a complete let down.

So this is now forked then is that correct? It's be nice to have a block explorer provided by the actual devs to verify.
I cannot think for the life of me why anyone would release a coin without either a block explorer or a working wallet. This is pretty insane guys.

The devs are actually working on fixing the problem. If they stop to answer your questions they won't get the problems fixed.

There are at least two working block explorers but they're crashing from being overloaded and we need them for the devs so we aren't making them publicly available.

There is a working Linux wallet. The windows wallets work off those so of course, the Linux version is first.  Right now the devs are trying to fix the problems with the Linux wallets which fixes the pools and all the other issues...

The Devs are asking for a little patience. (I'm not a dev, just a pool owner / helping test stuff.)

yeah right...the least they can do is come here and explain in a few sentences whats going on. takes less time than going to the toilet to take a dump...

I was contacted by the dev's to stop the pool (once more) and resync to block 110009 ...

The blocks after that are lost once again, hopefully the dev's will get there stuff fixed, i've recommend a relaunch with fixed code/parameters which was rejected though.

i have worker name, and pass in script, and with that there is still problem Sad

I'm mining very well, you should post your config file.

You also forget that OC mentioned the blocks currently mined although they appear to be working will likely end up being rejected. "All blocks mined by the pool are invalid and therefore lost due to this issue currently"

So those shares you are submitting will likely be useless until it is fixed.

It's still block 110008 in local wallet (for 1 hour)  Undecided

Hello uralcryptocoin, if you know zencash nodes, can you post them, please?
Thank you very much.

Edit:
The Zen 2.0.8-2 wallet is still compiling into my machine, then I suppose that I will need them very soon, I hope that yes!

I do not use any addnode strings in .conf file, connections default
Now I see following in zend:

 Block height | 110009
            Connections | 8
  Network solution rate | 83535 Sol/s

Ok! Thank you very much uralcryptocoin.
The complile proccess has already finished, then I will try to sync only writting user and password.
You have been very kind!.
