Yes, about time, I was actually thinking of doing one with similar specs, saved me the effort. There is so much money being spent on ASIC hardware, yet there are so few coin choices!

Shame about the high block rewards, the coin will probably never be taken seriously as the result, I would have started with 20 coins per block not 1,000.
