Hi,
The email address is under the customers responsability, it is the customer duty to keep their email and passwords safe. Anonibet can not be held responsible for your email account being hacked.
The email address you have provided to our Live Support agent, is not an email used to open an account with Anonibet. So it sounds strange that your Anonibet funds were withdrawn since this email is not a valid one.
We strongly advise our customers to use google authenticator to access their Anonibet accounts.

I did not use live support. The email I used for my account is [email protected] please check that. I did email support. I also realize that the email account is my responsibility but if there is any security issues happening I think it important for you and anyone else to be aware of these types of breaches. I am pissed at myself more than anything.

As stated perviously we strongly recommend our customers to opt for Google Authenticator to access their Anonibet accounts. We have no report of anyone else complaining for a similar situation.
