i have a virtual card from e-coin(wirexapp) starting same sequence, entered the number in paypal and they say that card can not be used..
so i have a question, how those services (lavapay, wirexapp  etc) supposed to work with paypal since paypal rejects the cards?

Asked their support to confirm that this virtual non-reloadable cards are not from wave crest so may be this cards could be good alternative for all bitcoin debit cards providers that are issuing bitcoin debit cards under wave crest and after updates in their KYC policy recently they want verification to use those cards in skrill and paypal. I may give this a try however i haven't used or heard about them before.

Price for virtual card also looks quite high.
So, is the card from Wavecrest or not? I've been looking for other card issuers that is not Wavecrest.

This seems like a good card, but I don't like that the validity is for 60 days only and it can't be topped-up. The max card balance is only up to $200.
And there is also no option to send remaining funds to ewallet.

Also, @OP, how much exactly did you pay for each card? I don't understand what this means -> 4.99%+4.99 USD ?? Is that 5% of $200 plus $5? Thanks.

May I ask what is the problem with Wavecrest?; asking because I am considering a card that IS issued by Wavecrest (Coinsbank's). Thanks

i also use Wavecrest cards they are good but not anonymous
i did not have any issue with it.
What is the problem?

Bank Identification Number = The first 6 numbers on the card. For example Wave Crest (e-coin, cryptopay, spectrocoin etc) is 466544

all my cards starts with 428122

You just have the Visa cards then? Shame not available in GBP

I've used lavapay services earlier and can confirm that they are genuine. I received my payment within 24 hours but I haven't tried their debit card. However, the fee is OK but the card being valid for only 2 months is too less as even entropay allows 6 months for its virtual card. You can topup the card too of entropay and hence Lavapay should consider increasing the limit.

well just order a new card, there is no limits on it

Amount of issued cards allowed   NO LIMITS

i did asked them
- card is not reloadable i know it because i used many of them
- card is not wave crest 100%
- i did not pass verification with lavapay.com my wallet doesn't even have a name, only email and phone
- i paid via paypal and skrill without any issues

It is my own experience, i order 4-6 cards per month with total amount up to 1k usd and always works for my when i pay online.

To me this card is sounds like prepaid voucher with max 200usd per one card
