Just an FYI in case some of these cards are Visa gift cards from the USA:

"Due to changes in applicable law, gift cards purchased after March 31, 2012 may not be used for international transactions or purchases. Please use gift cards for domestic U.S. transactions or purchases only."

go to my thread for australian cards, usable in other countries

what was the ETA?

The payment was sent and shipping address received by rothglobal on 4 June 2012. Expedited shipping was promised at 5-7 days. It has been 12 business days and 16 total days. Therefore, rothglobal has failed to deliver.

I think he should return the bitcoins until the cards are delivered and found to work satisfactorily. Any other suggestions?

I've been following these cards on the seller's talkgold thread as well:

http://www.talkgold.com/forum/showthread.php?t=358995&page=6

Unfortunately, it's not looking too good - nobody on that forum has received them either and the seller hasn't responded to any posts in a while. However, I'd say a 30 day wait period is reasonable before raising the scam flag. I do believe that's getting close though...

Interesting. Could you give us more details (fees, conditions, etc.)?
sorry, are you asking me or the original poster?
you

send you a PM,
Anyone who is interested can PM me, they are a minimum of $55 AUD, and come with a minimum of $20 pre-loaded, I can add much larger amounts before sending if you want.

If you are formally going to offer it, please make a separate thread.

who has the bitcoin debit card? http://bitcoin-debit.com

Off topic, but some of that text is stolen from a Liberty Reserve debit card from an unrelated company. Interesting.

I am a Citizen and resident of the Republic of Panama, searched www.panamaemprende.gob.pa (Panama company creating website) and www.registro-publico.gob.pa (oficial property registry of Panama) and it does not exist.

If you have an existing company, properly registered with the Panamanian government it is displayed the way my company is registered on Panama Emprende https://www.panamaemprende.gob.pa/publico.php?pag=certificAO&anio=2011&ao=7017&Suc=374476&a_buscar=__Vega%20Y%20Ramirez______&np=

with the information found in panama emprende you can go to the public registry or http://www.registro-publico.gob.pa/ and check if its properly registered.

if you check http://www.geopostcodes.com you will see that the po box seems fakes. NOTE:In Panama the PO Box say Apartado or abreviated apdo, so if anyone ever sends a letter there it would never arrive. The zipcode is part of the pobox in Panama's case

Good for you posting that to keep people from wasting their money on that card.

The first people should be receiving their cards early next week.

I am a little "hands tied behind my back" since I am dependent on the bank for processing and shipping. I am still satisfied though since some cards in offshore markets, the banks take up to a month just to process before shipping out!

Great news! I think anything under 3 weeks from order to delivery is quite good.

I'm sure interest will spike dramatically as soon as someone posts a positive review of the card itself. I'm in for sure and I have numerous friends who will be as well.

Wonderful!

I am not sure if I have mentioned in this thread, but I do have references in several avenues of my business that I can forward to you links for. You can PM me if this is something that interests you.

I've been following your thread over on talkgold as well and you definitely seem to have a good reputation over there. It doesn't look like anyone has received one of these cards yet though.

You should have read the thread before insulting other members.

You should have minded your own business and kept your worthless comments to yourself when someone asks the OP for confirmation.

Reloadable debit cards are available everywhere. Near Instant loading with e-currencies in an offshore jurisdiction is a different story. Additionally most of these reloadable cards are not going to allow you to move 10k, 20k, or more a month.
