Satoshi and the core devs never claim Bitcoin is anonymous. Even knowledgeable users like DPR could not hide his transactions.
It's not about hidding transactions because that's impossible. It's about not being related to any transaction.

1) It will not be registered on your name. It is registered on the distributor company`s name.
2) The refilling of the balance can be done fully anonymously.
