If there is really something like an anon VISA debit card for bitcoin I am interested. Everywhere I know you have to send them ID proof of residency etc so I still doubt something like this exist in 2017

Just note they have problems with withdrawals if you're outside Europe.

And then comes back home, finds out the card is gone, logs in to his account and finds out that someone has just sent $1000 from a Bitcoin exchange to him. It's time to block the card, report it as stolen and enjoy the money

I do not believe it will be completely anonymous, because you can not get the card without the email phone number and address. There is only one way to do this, you can remain completely anonymous by buying a used card. Maybe someone dropped his card somewhere
