It's also important for an establishment to check the condition of their customers first, if they can enter or not. It can look inappropriate to some but it's actually a good practice.

Television, mobile phones, social media sites, video games are laughing next door, Lol  . I think this is just an excuse because that person is addicted to gambling. If he really needs to be at home he could just do other things like those above. Why always gambling has to be the only source of entertainment?
