Not really, not going to happen. I get that it had one pump, and that was something that people got excited about, but as we can see it goes back to its old ways. I seriously think that by 2028 or so, we are going to see XRP be out of top 10 as well, it is not impossible at all. How?
Well during this bull run, other coins will pass XRP, but I am not sure if enough to make it go outside of top ten, feels like probably not yet, obviously it will finish outside of top five, but not outside of top ten yet. Then, when the bear run happens, the price of XRP will drop more than others, so it is going to be verging right near that top 10 level, maybe like be tenth or something, could be 9th, but somewhere in those two positions. Then when the next bull run starts, we are going to see everything go up a lot more again, and XRP will fall.

we're still early in altcoin season, BTC.D is still high about 55.12% as of me writing, so there's still potential left.
I personally expect money to trickle down to smaller mcap coin after the big ones are pumping but things could be different, XRP in the other hand also really fits current narrative of CBDC, so I guess it can still go up.
