Yes their return here is inevitable until/unless they are permanently banned. Their eventual return here will not just be about trying to get new users to Yobit or their cryptotalk forum, it will also be about the division it will create here with users choosing which side of the debate they are on then battle it out with each other.

You are completely correct asking that question because when a user who might not be all too knowledgeable about crypto ends up on the Yobit website because they saw a banner here, who will be culpable when that gullible individual loses their funds?

Right now Yobit can attract the attention of their users by using their email list and also by showing pop-ups to them when they login to the Yobit website so an immediate return here might not be on the cards but if a number of DT start leaving negative trust to any and all users showing a Yobit banner - that might be a start to tackle the issue when they do return.

It didn't surprise me at all that they were doing something like this, this is their modus operandi since I know about them and nothing will change as long they exist and as long as they are protected by Mother Russia. I am more concerned that one such company has been advertising in this forum quite normally for months, and that the forum has somehow got the reputation of promoting scam. Some average user who does not think too much with his head came to YoBit through this forum, will invest some money and when he loses who will be guilty?

As far as I'm concerned, they can promote whatever they want, but let them stay away from this forum. Although it seems to me it is only a matter of time before they will return again.

If that is the case then it is clear people who may have been bitten by the scam themselves are now trying to get-in and then get-out after making a quick buck knowing full and well they will be passing the coins on to someone else. This is nothing more than Yobit creating ponzi after ponzi after ponzi.

People who are signing up to participate in these fake IEO ponzi schemes at Yobit have become an essential part of the scam process because they are involved so without them the scam operates on a lesser scale but with them it becomes bigger and spirals.

I was surprised when the last 419 BTC ieo launched yesterday. Maybe that coin name was ALISA. The IEO finished in less than 1 minutes and 30 seconds means 419 BTC sold in that time. I can not understand how people invest this type of shit IEO.

YODA is now trading at just $0.05 so imagine how much money those Yobit thieves and scammers made from it and imagine the losses gullible investors would have sadly incurred: https://yobit.net/en/trade/YODA/BTC
No, I don't think YODA is a disaster yet. $ 0.05 is still a pretty high price for airdrop participants, they get free 700 YODA, equivalent of $ 35 free  Smiley It's just a disaster for investors, who step constantly into the trap  Cheesy Yobit kept giving out shitcoins, why do people keep trusted them even though the results never change  Huh It is a question that I always wonder  Huh
From time to time, they witness the value of a currency going down to the end - worthless. They still continue to trust, invest and die  Roll Eyes Anyway, I think this scam will always exist when fools keep investing.
More worrying, they are having a forum to create a community of gullible people, the future gets worse as more people get tricked

They also did shitty behaviour with Yoda airdrop participants.

~snip~

Now yoda is thrashing 50% everyday but still some shit shilling on the chat box + telegram group that yoda will be 1$ soooooon.. Grin Roll Eyes
It is tragic that so many people have lost so much money under their multiple ponzi schemes. Those who are on the verge of losing everything are shilling hard in their chat box hoping that some gullible person will buy them out and if that were to happen they would not bother using the chat box again for shilling purposes as their agenda to sell was complete. That leaves the gullible investor now holding useless, worthless coins/tokens that have no blockchain and no monetary value and they have no idea how to recoup their so-called investment.

Yobit back again with new money making machine ! This scammer will never stop. One after another brought a scam project and dumped it to people in the name of IEO. This all ieo's control by yobi.  I wonder who participates in this scam ieo? Those who participate are greedy, and they will burn because of greed. There seems to be no more such a popular scammer like yobit!
Yobit are simply out to scam as many people as possible from their IEOs while trying to put forward a front of legitimate business under the guise of their exchange. They will not be able to sustain their scams for long because as the complaints against them pile up they will be closed down by multiple legal authorities. The idea Yobit will carry on scamming for many more years with impunity is frankly unrealistic.

Honestly, I'd like to thank YoBit for transferring some of the shitposters here to their crappy forum. Let their forum be, it's literally megathreads only with 99.9% of the replies being completely useless. It's like a playroom for shitposters who'd spend 10 hours a day posting crap just to earn $0.5.

We don't need them here. Good to know there is a forum for the poopers to get together.

YoBit released YODA on their exchange and was sold at over $1 without even knowing the total supply of the coin. Like come on Cheesy whoever is stupid enough to pay for a coin that most likely doesn't even exist deserves their money to be lost.
Yes their forum is like very much similar to a pathetic mega-thread full of several sock-puppets, shills and general lowest of the low that once frequented this forum. I hope they enjoy getting paid for posting things such as "yobit is great", you are right we do not need them here.

I'm starting to wonder how much are they making by those low-level scams, it is really worth it paying an army of shitposters to promote those?
Do you think a scandalous exchange like them accepts losses when doing something  Cheesy I think NO. From Cryptotalk, X10 and finally Yodollar, they have a perfect plan to promote your coin and a new forum - Cryptotalk. Although they have spent more than 3 BTC to promote it, they can get more from it, or more in the future thanks to the operation of the Cryptotalk forum. 3 BTC is not a big money for them, they will not be afraid to pay  Smiley

Seems like Dubai is in the US mistery is solved...

A month ago I wanted to start a discussion if crypto talk replacing RuneScape  in Venezuela since cryptotalk had almost 9% of the visitors from Ve.
Now when I checked Venezuela seems to have lost 3rd place for..

Syria? 10 of the views are from Syria???

Anyhow, it seems like the x10 who has 15BTC sell orders at 1-3 satoshi and no buy orders has been replaced by ALISA with 7 and 8% daily income.

I'm starting to wonder how much are they making by those low-level scams, it is really worth it paying an army of shitposters to promote those?

".. oneday people will identify him but he won't know how they gain points and gain."

Indeed. That comment just about sums up what the whole point of having the cryptotalk forum actually is: pointless

And to think cryptotalk was being promoted here via signature campaigns all in order to get users to move away from this forum to another which they would control the narrative of.

 Grin

It's a pity that I didn't wake up early enough to join your "hilarious discussion" here  Tongue
I have signed up for an account on their website before and every week I get a few promotional emails about "new ICOs". Not sure what their "ICO" is, but it always comes with attractive profits  Tongue Children seem to love sweet candy, and when they taste the bitter of coffee in the kernel, they realize the difference of external appeal  Cheesy This time is 419 BTC, the next time too. They created a new forum - Cyptotalk, the purpose is to promote their ICO, a terrible comb of crooks

They also did shitty behaviour with Yoda airdrop participants.

1. They made the airdrop bot where show yoda holder can trade their yoda through the bot.
2. At the end of the airdrop they start to vanish yoda from participants bot automatically.
3. Suddenly they announced that Yoda will be transferred to participants yobit accounts through Invest box even they receive only 1% everyday and a social post require to receive that.
4. After Trading start they vanished all Yoda from the participants bot who did not transfer their yoda before trading start. But there is no previous announcement like that.
5. Then they start another investment plan for yoda that is 2% daily return for who buy and input their yoda in the invest box. Grin

Now yoda is thrashing 50% everyday but still some shit shilling on the chat box + telegram group that yoda will be 1$ soooooon.. Grin Roll Eyes

For a lil' more laughs, these replies from one of their threads:

Many is so curious these days.. "I thing Many want to know who is Satoshi Nakamoto , indeed his name is synonymous with Japanese people but not necessarily also he is Japanese.Really it very mysterious. And Satoshi went missing on Bitcointalk a few years ago.  But Someone thinging guessed Satoshi was dead."

Do you guys suffer from your vacuums too? "Satoshi Nakamoti is a hero for me because his invention changed my life
As well as spent the boredom that I was suffering from the vacuum that I have
I spend my time trading bitcoin and cryptocurrencies"

Earning points is a mystery even to Nakamoto.. "It Nakamoto said that, oneday people will identify him but he won't know how they gain points and gain."

Oh God, I love these threads.

Their forum is literally a trashcan where hopefully all the shitposters here go and play around. I've been there to check out the forum and I barely found a damn topic to reply to..

I've curiously followed the entire YODA thing to see what happens to it. It was basically just hype for nothing - the rich got richer and the poor got poorer, just like it happens all the time. YoBit would probably not be able to financially sustain its business unless it goes through these ICO scams.

I've got two tickets there that have been opened years ago and still haven't been answered to Cheesy

Sadly no matter which warnings are put online there are always going to be people who read the warning signs but choose to ignore them, or sadly they simply peruse other forums or websites and do not know about the warnings before sending off their crypto to scammers such as Yobit.

Regarding their cryptotalk forum, yes it really seems to be a dreary dull hell-hole of a place full of Yobit praising imbeciles that seem to be serving the sole purpose of giving a sense of value to their narcissistic paymaster. I might have it wrong but that is what seems to be happening there.

Indeed, and I've visited cryptotalk just to see what they're all about, and it's just a ridiculous collection of shitposters, as if they'd skimmed off the crusted bottom layer of bitcointalk members who could never legitimately earn a single merit if their lives depended on it.  And, after having looked at the disaster that is cryptotalk.org, I will never return to read any more nonsense posts there.

Also from what I've seen there, there's much Yobit ass-kissing going on which makes me want to puke.

But anyway, only suckers would invest any money in Yobit's IEO and doubtless they'll all get burned in the end.  Not much can be done about that, even if you try to warn them like JollyGood is doing here.

Cheesy slightly off-topic: Cryptotalk Is way better than Bitcointalk
[WARNING: Bring your eye-cancer goggles]

FUCK YOU.. you have just given me cancer, seriously people actually stay on that site for more than 1 Minute?

This is as far as I got, please be aware people - we have a modern day lyrical genius posting.

"You might be right. Capitulak is much better than BitcoinTal. Because the capsule has many benefits. And many things can be learned. There is a lot to know or hope for something good that I can do in the future. So I want to say that Captulak"

Lol, that was the line when I felt like my last brain cell committed suicide, so..... I went on with nothing to lose  Grin and found this post, by the same user:

Quote
You said the Kiptu Lock website is better than the Bitcoin website, I can't say anything in this comment correctly, but I think Bitcoin is an American website in Dubai, Dubai, United States of America, just to find this bitcoin in Dubai, and maybe someone somewhere I am a website. I do not know what I know from the administration and about this After acquiring the knowledge, I will inform you later that I will tell you which of the two benefits is more or the bitcoin will tell you which of the two is better, so I think I could say no more from the administration. And after learning from those who have experienced this, I will let you know

Stop doing drugs .....and ask this guy what is he smoking:
https://cryptotalk.org/profile/208476-rayhan-chowdury/content/?all_activity=1

Now back to the yobit scam, I don't understand one thing:
If they sell all the 419,000,000 tokens, from where are they going to pay the daily 7% in the investment box?

until one day we will all discover the website is down and the brains behind the scam has been arrested.

That would be ideal but we don't even know who's behind Yobit, so getting shut down and arrested...yeah, i won't hold my breath on that.

Pump and dump schemes are illegal and considered securities fraud by the SEC. In most regulated markets like the London Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange, they are illegal as well. The CTFC is even offering a 10-30 percent bounty for any pump and dump whistleblowers who are able to lead the CTFC to monetary sanctions of $1 mln or more.

However, pump and dump schemes aren’t illegal on cryptocurrency exchanges. Cryptocurrency exchanges are not regulated; there is no piece of the legislature about cryptocurrency exchanges. So even though a pump and dump is unethical, it is not officially illegal (yet).
