i think soft skills is more important than hard skill,for nowdays. Why? its all about we doing,thinking and feeling in our daily life. if too much pressure,too much work hard,its not give us any benefit at all,unless TIRED. Think smart,dont play hard. I stand with Ukraine.

The hard skills are way more important when you are doing a job interview for example. Using your soft skills you are looking like a deceiver then, but if you have hard skills they will immediately see that you know what you are talking about and they will hire you.

Depends on the job of course, but I'd stick to the hard skills.
