Blissz..  I can't help but say something here as well.   All the restarts that are necessary on this thing you really need to take your profit after the miner has been up a while.   By taking your cut upfront gives you a very unfair advantage and is not 1.5%.   Turns more into 3-5% the way it is.   Please think about this.   I want to stay onboard here but as is its very unfair in your favor.  I know its important to get you a cut but lets be fair about things.   Take your profit when its time.   Please advise if you plan to change this.   If you will I will stay onboard.

I am using the firmware on 2 machines, but on one of them 2 of the chains got simply hidden and a lot of HW errors appear. Hashrate seems the same as before (18/19Th) even just with 1 chain appearing, and on prohashing it also says its 19Th. I have flashed the original firmware and still just 1 chain appears. Any clue in what is happening and how this can be fixed?

I even have reduced frequency to 400mhz and lowest voltage to see if the chains appeared. Machine was working fine 2 weeks ago.

Also tried to softreset, didn't help. Also PSU is a good and stable one (EVGA)

Try with lower frequency 537 is to much, don´t know why bitmain do it, but there are to much HW-Errors and the Miner get mostime to hot, too

When you run the Miner with 220-240V then try 506
with 120V try something around 450

can't help but throw this in again, doesn't matter if you are 240 or 120 it matters what your psu can do without strain. *IF* you are using an old server psu where at 220 it is producing 1200w and at 110 it is producing 900 w THAT will make a difference - but if you have a 1500w psu that can run on either, then 1500 is the max you are looking at.. the 220 vs 110 is only going to change the amps going *IN* to the psu (less heat on your cord or ability to use a smaller cord maybe less strain on the psu in the way of heat) but that will in no way affect what setting you can put on the miner itself, from the psu out 12v at whatever amps is going to be 12v at whatever amps.. doesn't matter AT ALL if it is 110 or 220 coming in. - thickness of the individual wires in the 6-pin makes a difference, the amps your psu can handle on it's 12v rail makes a difference.. but the miner doesn't care at all. not even the tiniest bit- if you have issues at 120v with 537 then either you have a miner with issues (plenty of them out there) or you need a better psu.

When i wrote it, i have the orig. Bitmain PSU in mind, and this is to small on 120V with frequency 537

got a D3 from bitmain and CHain #3 isn't showing.  Should I wait for warranty reply from bitmain before flashing with Blissz firmware?

I had the same problem, you have to reboot

Rebooted and restored but same issue.  I should try blissz firmware and see it shows up...

wait a little bit more. I am currently testing a version which can help in case you've chains not showing up. / temperature reading problems

My brother in law got a D3 from Bitmain.  Haven't been able to see chain 3 at all.   I just installed the latest version of Blissz, and still no dice.
I was hoping it wasn't a hardware issue but I think it is.  I should try to get another board from bitmain free of charge.  I guess running 2 boards is ok.  Anything else you guys think I could try?  Maybe an older version of Blissz firmware?

In a world where Claymore charges 5% for dual mining, once every hour. You're here complaining about 1.5%? Would you prefer he charge a one time fee of $500 like spmod?

The complainers are hilarious, this FW lets my D3's operate quietly with lower power than stock. That is worth the fee right there, as my cooling solution was inadequate for the supertoaster stock D3's.

Flash it back and move on already

I cannot get back to Bitmain FW. I must be the blundering idiot.

Can someone tell me how to safely get out of Blisszware and back to BM FW?

...............

Please tell me how to get back (to the software) where I was when I boutght this d3.

I saved a backup, well that was just the settings i guess, because it still says Blissz..

I will leave you all alone forever (this should motivate you) to get me back to BM FW and back to a noisy, but efficiently paying machine.

Thanks, anyone,

M

Blissz I just upgraded my 6 rigs to your new release.   With 12/2 version I went 2 days with absolutely NO HW Errors..   All the sudden all rigs had tons of HW.   Assuming now that new release needs more power for some reason.  I'm going back to 12/2.

Bet you needed to restart them, huh?

Restart restart restart,,,...... there is the extra profit.

It was not clear to me that EVERY time I restart, Like  20- 100 times a day with this software, is another 2 mins!

I ask the question, I get called Blundering Idiot?

Well, this whole thread should be considered "Promoting Malware" along with your software. It does everything a malware file does, trust me.

And it steals peoples money.

I have concluded I am paying too much for it, no matter how much i enjoy it.

I mean, at some point I think you knew, that we would be restarting our machines like 100 times a day to 60 times a day until we all help you with the perfection of a software that steals our money.

Then we, with "NO ERRORS", could possibly get to the 1.5% YOU TALKED ABOUT, DELETED, AND NOW ARE NOT TALKING ABOUT AGAIN.

No one gets this?

M

Hmmmmmmm.. WE RESTART TWO MORE MNUTES, HOW MANY TIMES YOU RESTART...?

What is your Problem?
Have answered all your Questions.

Forget only one part, a Miner is build to run 24/7, and when you configure it correct normaly no restarts are needed!

How is the other algorithm coming..
You can dig TimeTravel algo without any firmware changes. It's not joke.
You will get many many rejected, and so few accepted..

ps: of course, it's not right way to use D3.
https://ibb.co/hq13Pb
https://ibb.co/g97MAG I have try but the result is not good!

for how many time you have tested?
15min
hashrate showed on btxpool is 0....

i can confirm... only wasted time.. i tested timetravel8 timetravel10 and btx ... only rejected hash... not waste your time boys... if you find a solution in firmware od asic programming we can mine only x11 ... good luck to all ... or we need a NEW COIN Profitable at X11

Blissz, thanks for the 08/12 v1.11 update priority change fix. Now running 24+ hours without problems.

But I noticed that I get most of HW errors when miner is switching to the dev pools. It runs 2 hours without errors and in 2 minutes can get 100 of HW errors. How can it be?

I think the key to unlocking minera access is opening up the API in the firmware. Premium awesomeminer has the ability to configure this. I guess there's a command line way to do it via SSH, but I can't seem to figure it out.
But Awesome Miner can find the D3 without haveing API Access.
Have never used Minera, but maybe Minera add only Miners that have API Access.

Yes you can open the API via SSH, look on the Site from AwesomeMiner, there must be a Help page.

I don´t know what you are doing with your D3, but my D3´s make a Auto restart 1 time a week, and work well maybe 1000-1500 HW a week and temp under 70C with Hashrate 17GH.
When you want go back to orig. Firmware just download the last from them and install like you do it with the Firmware from Blissz, don´t forget to delete your Browser Cache
