Ok. found wrong setting.
Ip is 192.168.0.99
Gateway should be 192.168.0.1
Broadcasts should be 192.168.0.255
DNS should be 192.168.0.1
Then add second DNS 8.8.8.8
Your router address is 192.168.0.1 right?

Try to change it to 123. Some pool didn't accept x as password.

I don't know what wrong with your S1.
Ok that weird. No board detected. Check if there is any loose connection from controller to hashing board.
Pool info also blank too. Could you please post miner configuration page?

The reset button is S2 button.
